Bridge 47 unnamed (Brug zevenenveertig)
Just like #bridge44 #bridge45 and #bridge46 this is a relatively new bridge rebuilt in the early 1980’s to reflect the new aesthetic for the area. Gone was the old bridge in favour of the new/old arched bridge style.
The bridge connects Huidenstraat with Runstraat and crosses the Keizersgracht in the shopping area of the #NegenStraatjes in the historic Amsterdam canal belt. We saw three other bridges #bridge24 #bridge25 and #bridge26 that also bordered the #NineStreets all crossing the Herengracht.
